V2 View VCM
The VCM (video communication management) conference management software is designed to monitor V2 Conference servers and conferencing nodes, allowing the whole conferencing system to be monitored, controlled, tracked, maintained for disaster recovery. Also, to facilitate a comprehensive management over V2 Conference, it integrates such functions as file dispatching, software/hardware information monitoring, and remote monitoring in the desktop management system.
The VCM is designed to control individual conferences by monitoring and managing the conference multi-point control unit, thereby ensuring proper server and node operations in conferencing and improving service quality, detecting equipment failures in a timely fashion. In addition, it provides a complete back-office management including user access right management, performance and status monitoring, alerting management, and remote desktop management, ensuring network video-conferencing to be conducted in a secure and reliable fashion.
