Beyond Your Expectation

V2 Conference Ultra

The V2 Conference Ultra large capacity video conferencing system is a high-performance and high-capacity video conferencing product tailored for large companies. Based on the V2 Conference 5, our award winning product, the system is designed as a more versatile and reliable pure software network video conferencing platform that distills V2’s expertise in the multi-media communication domain. The solution allows a single conference room to hold over 1,000 participants and supports unlimited number of conference rooms. You can access the conference anytime and anywhere as if you were sitting in a physical conference room.

By supporting integrated implementation of multiple sets of master/slave conference cascading sub-systems, the system allows an optimized system implementation tailored for user specific application environments. The system provides multi-level user experiences by enabling a seamless integration between V2 Tone and video-conferencing facilities on the same platform, thereby meeting a wide range of requirements in terms of point-to-point communication, online awareness, real-time conferencing, and multi-party interaction. The distributed and modular platform architecture provides a powerful system scalability, allowing V2 Conference Ultra to have an excellent scalability and openness in the system design stage, hence providing a robust and complete application platform for large capacity

implementation and telecommunication operations.

Unique Advantages of V2 Conference Ultra:

User, conference, server management on a single server

User, conference, and server management is all conducted by the central server, with conferencing and management facilities being separated. User conference login and system management are all conducted by a single central server, hence simplifying user operations and reducing system risks.

Single conference resources management source

All the conferencing system user resources are managed by the central server, allowing company-wise resources sharing and highly efficient resources use.

Business-level web servers and databases are used by the central server to effectively ensure stable running under high loads.

Business-level servers and databases are used to maximize system stability and ensure a reliable large-volume data management;

Hot standby for the central server to improve system operational reliability.

The central server serves as the orchestrating center of the whole system. The hot standby solution is used to ensure operational reliability of the central server.

Unlimited system scalability.

An independent cascading subsystem is used by the system for system scalability, wherein you can either choose to increase the number of slave servers in the subsystem or add an independent subsystem to allow a solid scalability. In addition, you can further improve subsystem capacity by adding more livecast servers to conduct an ultra-sized conference.

Individual subsystems operate independent of each other and do not affect each other.

The failure of one subsystem only affects the conferences on this system and will not affect the conferences on other subsystems.

Subsystems provide backup for each other

In the event one subsystem fails, the conferences on this subsystem are automatically moved to other subsystems, hence allowing the subsystems to provide backup for each other and in turn remarkably improving system availability.
